If you have been experiencing bugs, please go through these diagnostic steps before submitting a support request:
1) Delete and reinstall the app on your device.
2) If you haven't restored your iOS software in a while, please restore the iOS.
3) If you have an older iOS, this app may not be compatible.
If you have been experiencing bugs with any of our apps or have anything you want to talk to us about, please send us a message.
Refunds are not viable because:
1) Apple does not provide a framework for app refunds.
2) Apple takes a 30% off of every app sale, so we actively lose money with every refund.
3) You will continue to have access to every version that we produce, so even if a refund was given you would still have the product.
